How much does it cost to use these services?
The use of BMW TeleServices is free of charge in combination with the optional equipment ConnectedDrive Services or Intelligent Emergency Call. In this instance, the services can be used via the vehicle's built-in SIM card both at home and abroad.
For which BMW vehicles are BMW TeleServices available?
Every BMW with BMW ConnectedDrive Services (SA6AK) or Intelligent Emergency Call (SA6AC) also offers BMW TeleServices (SA6AE).

Your vehicle sends the data to BMW. Your preferred BMW Service Partner can access the information. By default, the dealer who supplied your BMW is set as your BMW Service Partner.

You can change the BMW Service Partner at any time. For instance, if you have relocated and want to ensure a different BMW Partner receives your data, please use the ConnectedDrive Hotline or get in touch with your preferred BMW Service Partner.
How do I make sure that BMW TeleServices can be accessed in my used car and that my BMW Service Partner is informed?
BMW TeleServices must be activated in the vehicle and attributed to your preferred BMW Service Partner. Please contact your trusted BMW Service Partner for more information.
What do I need to consider on vehicle resale?

How can BMW TeleServices be activated in the vehicle?
By default, BMW TeleServices are already activated on delivery. If you have any questions about this, please contact your BMW Service Partner.
How can BMW TeleServices be deactivated in the vehicle
BMW TeleServices can be deactivated at any time. BMW TeleServices can only be switched off by a complete deactivation of the whole vehicle connectivity. This implies that the SIM card, installed in the vehicle, is also deactivated. Consequently the vehicle’s emergency call is inactive.
